Recognized by the industry for our commitment to safeguarding consumer privacy on our Web site, we operate under a strict set of privacy principles:
  • The only information the Promotions Unlimited obtains about individual visitors to its Web site is information supplied voluntarily by visitors.

    Several Promotions Unlimited sites offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what the Promotions Unlimited audience thinks about important issues.     Our site submission guidelines are simple and straightforward. Multiple submissions of the same site, site descriptions with embedded graphics and/or javascript, pornographic site submissions and sites promoting hatred, intolerance, or prejudice are not permitted and will be deleted during or after our filtering process. Spamming the directory is a waste of everyone's time. It entails considerable work on our part to remove duplicate listings and consequently delays the posting of legitimate submissions for a period of 4 to 5 weeks following the date of submission.

    Promotions Unlimited and its advertisers may use tracking or single-pixel gif images to count Web page accesses and gather some general statistical information. Promotions Unlimited does not gather personal information through the use of these images. Some advertisers may use tracking gifs that can track personal information from cookies that may have been previously placed on a user's computer

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
PrYour item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Prior to any return please email seo711@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number.  Without this contact returns will be refused.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Once labor has been performed for a fee, no refunds can be made.   This includes search engine optimization work, art preparation and shipping/handling costs.

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include, but are not limited to software. 

Merchandise that has been altered from the originally received condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Personalized, imprinted items cannot be returned as they are produced for the specific customer.  The exception would be if there is a manufacturer defect in the product.  Un-imprinted items are subject to other return terms.

Once labor has been performed for a fee, no refunds can be made.

Excluded from our return policy is any and all merchandise where we act as an affiliate or brokerage capacity, and the products and/or services are supplied directly by the manufacturer/publisher/distributor/supplier to the customer.  Any returns or refunds would be subject to the policies of the manufacturer/publisher/distributor/supplier.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

We will deposit your check and hold your merchandise for mailing once we are sure the check has cleared, approximately one week.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround
PayPal orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  Items shipping directly from the manufacturer/publisher/distributor/supplier is not under our control and not covered under our policies.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
